The Carlstadt Sewerage Authority is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested persons and/or firms due Feb. 21st, 2019.
The Jony Drive station predates the Authority but is under CSA jurisdiction.
The Barrel Avenue station is our newest pump station and is projected to satisfy future growth in the district.
Carlstadt does not process any waste water in the borough. It is pumped to the Bergen County sewerage facility in Little Ferry, NJ.
The CSA services all waste water produced east of Berry's Creek. The authority has no jurisdiction in the residential sections of Carlstadt.
The NJSEA (formerly known as The Meadowlands Commission) is responsible for all zoning and planning in the CSA service area.
